I work with the whole business, so it stops depending on you for every answer.
Systems, processes, the numbers, and the way information actually flows through your team — built around how your business really runs, so the business supports the people in it, not the other way round.
People often ask if I'm a coach. I'm not — a coach works with you, on the things holding you back personally.

Businesses that have outgrown the way they were set up
You're a few years in and well past the scrappy early days. There's a team now. But the way the business runs was built back when it was you and one or two others, and it hasn't caught up — so everything still routes through you, and your team spend half their time waiting on answers only you have.
It's usually not the problem you think it is
Most people come to me thinking they need to hire, or find better software, or just put in more hours to keep up.
Usually, that's not it.
So before anything else, I look at what's actually happening underneath. Most of the time it's one of two things:
Too many tools that don't talk to each other.
Nothing systemised at all — everything running on memory and good intentions.
Three areas, worked on together
The tools your business runs on, set up properly and connected so information only has to go in once.
How work actually moves through your team, written down so it doesn’t live in one person’s head.
Your figures turned into something you can make decisions from, not just file.
One thing I'll always mention: paper-based admin. If I spot it in your business, I'll say so, gently, because it's slow, it's easy to get wrong, and it's usually carrying more risk than anyone realises. Not a big deal to fix. Just worth knowing it's there.
What working together looks like
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all frameworks, because I haven't met a business yet where one actually fit. My job is to understand how your business actually runs, then build something around that, not around a hypothetical average business that doesn't exist.
You're paying for a result, not a timesheet.
I recommend what's right for you, not what I'm used to.
I stay until it works, not until the document's been handed over.
No trying to fix everything on day one.
Numbers you can actually use
Most business owners don't avoid their numbers because they don't understand them. They avoid them because nobody's ever sat down and translated them into something useful.
Your accountant will file your accounts and keep you compliant. That matters, and it's their job to do it. But compliant and decision-ready aren't the same thing. Knowing your numbers well enough to act on them is a different skill to reporting them, and it's usually the piece that's missing.
That's where I work.
