I honestly don’t know what I’d do or where my business would be without Jemma.

Before I started working with her, everything was a chaotic mix of notebooks, Post-it notes, hand written receipts, DIY Word receipts and spreadsheets I barely knew how to use. I knew I needed to make changes, but I was terrified of the technology side of things and worried I just wasn’t capable of getting my business to where I wanted it to be. I learn best by doing with someone beside me and Jemma has been exactly that person.

Having ADHD, I often struggle to process things and can become very overwhelmed with topics I don’t understand. She has never once made me feel silly for asking questions or needing things explained more than once. Her patience is incredible and nothing is ever too much trouble. She doesn’t just tell you what to do – she sits beside you, works through it with you and gives you the confidence to do it yourself. Every step has been broken down into manageable pieces, which has made what felt impossible suddenly feel achievable.

Not only has she helped me completely transform how my business runs by introducing proper systems, streamlining my processes and helping me understand my finances and business strategy- but she’s also supported me through converting my business into a limited company. Every time I’ve said, “I don’t understand,” she’s simply smiled and said, “Come here, I’ll show you,” and that’s exactly what she’s done.

What makes Jemma so special isn’t just how knowledgeable she is—it’s the way she genuinely cares. She has the biggest heart, celebrates every little win with you and wants nothing more than to see your business succeed. She has this amazing way of making you believe in yourself, even when you don’t.

She’s helped transform not only my business but my confidence too. Things that once felt overwhelming now feel manageable and for the first time I truly understand my own business and where it’s heading.

I really wasn't sure what to expect but the course exceeded all expectations. There was so much information perfectly presented by the guest speakers who were incredibly knowledgeable and all held together by [Jemma]. This was wonderfully thought out for small business owners as some courses only cater for bigger businesses. It was personal and you could comment without judgement.
